Haute Cabriere new chef duo delight

The Von Arnim family of the iconic Haute Cabrière estate has partnered with two of the most talented chefs in the winelands in a rebirth of one Haute Cabrière Cellar Restaurant.  Chefs Nic van Wyk and Westley Muller recently launched a new menu of modern, classically-inspired dishes from the Haute kitchen and each dish serves up an inkling of their honed skills and decades of experience.

The new a la carte offering more than compliments some of SA's finest wines on offer - expect twists on super classics, an exceptional sensory yet stunningly simplistic dining experience and definitely inclined to breaking some of the rules - serving up the Haute Cabriere philosophy of Sun-Soil-Vine-Man on the plate.
